The CEEG 220kV oil-filled power transformer is designed to serve urban power grids, power stations, and large-scale industrial enterprises. Distinguished by its high overload capacity, absence of partial discharge, low noise, and robust short circuit resistance, it significantly enhances power supply stability. Through our specialized design, we have achieved a 20% reduction in no-load loss, a 5% reduction in load loss, and a 3-5 dB decrease in noise levels compared to national standards. Available models include S11, S18, S20, SS20, SSZ20, SSZ22, OSSZ20, among others.

We proudly offer three-phase, three-winding 180,000kVA/220kV liquid-filled transformers for multiple power stations, featuring the following exceptional attributes:

8. Over 40-Year Design Life : Featuring a unique high-temperature-resistant hybrid insulation system based on temperature field simulation analysis, ensuring all components have the same design life as the transformer itself.

9. Passes All Routine and Type Tests at Once : The transformer achieves advanced domestic performance levels, passing all routine and type tests on the first attempt.

Chemical Stability: These materials exhibit excellent chemical stability due to the absence of weak C-H bonds.

Heat Resistance: Capable of stable operation at 220
ºC for extended periods and can withstand short-term exposure to 350
ºC. At 250
ºC, they do not melt, flow, or support combustion. Even at 750
ºC, no toxic or corrosive gases are released.

Safety and Environmental Protection: These materials are safe for humans and animals, producing low smoke concentrations and no harmful gases when burned.
