The CEEG 220kV oil-filled power transformer is engineered for urban power grids, power stations, and large-scale industrial and mining enterprises. This transformer comes with a superior set of features: high overload capacity, no partial discharge, low noise, and exceptional short circuit resistance, all of which bolster the stability of power supply systems. Through our advanced design, we have achieved a remarkable reduction in no-load loss by 20%, load loss by 5%, and noise levels by 3-5 dB compared to national standards. Available models include S11, S18, S20, SS20, SSZ20, SSZ22, OSSZ20, among others.

We offer three-phase, three-winding 180,000kVA/220kV liquid-filled transformers tailored for various power stations, featuring the following outstanding attributes:

1. No Partial Discharge : Actual measured partial discharge is remarkably less than 50pC, far below the background noise level.

2. High Efficiency and Low Loss : Our innovative core and coil design, combined with leakage magnetic flux control technology, significantly minimizes both additional and stray losses.

3. Low Noise : Actual measured noise levels are below 60dB, which is substantially better than national standards.

7. Strong Short Circuit Resistance : Employs internationally recognized short-circuit mechanical force verification procedures, ensuring all assembly stages of the transformer body meet stringent design requirements.

8. Over 40-Year Design Life : Features a unique high-temperature-resistant hybrid insulation system based on temperature field simulation analysis, ensuring all transformer components have the same long-lasting design life as the transformer itself.

9. Passes All Routine and Type Tests at Once : The transformer's overall performance meets advanced domestic levels, passing all routine and type tests seamlessly.

Chemical Stability: These materials boast excellent chemical stability owing to the absence of weak C-H bonds.

Heat Resistance: They operate stably at 220
ºC for extended periods and can handle short-term operation at 350
ºC. At 250
ºC, they do not melt, flow, or support combustion. Even at 750
ºC, no toxic or corrosive gases are released.
