These transformers boast features such as low loss, minimal noise, controlled temperature rise, unparalleled reliability, core-hanging-free design, and complete oil leakage prevention. Utilizing cutting-edge design software, we perform meticulous electromagnetic calculations and analyze various aspects including the transformer's main and longitudinal insulation, impulse voltage gradient distribution, end electric field distribution, and both short-circuit thermal stability and dynamic stability strength. This comprehensive approach guarantees a robust design margin, ensuring the transformer's safe and reliable operation.

Product Characteristics

  1. Our transformers feature advanced core seven-stage temperature control technology;
  2. The transformer body integrates a mixed insulation system and premium parts, guaranteeing a lifespan of up to 30 years.
  3. Low Noise: Experience a reduction in noise levels by 3 to 5 decibels compared to the national standard.
  4. Leak-Proof: All seals are crafted from single-molded acrylic parts and undergo rigorous fluorescent, positive pressure, and negative pressure leak tests.
  5. High Reliability: Equipped with an oil level thermometer and a pressure relief valve with contact on the oil tank's top, the transformer ensures high reliability. The oil level indicator of the storage tank uses a contact oil level gauge, and the high and low-pressure bushings feature anti-fouling reinforced pure porcelain oil bushings, suitable for heavy pollution environments.

High-Quality Insulating Skeleton Support: Each coil is supported by a premium insulating skeleton and includes internal and external braces, all chamfered to ensure a uniform electric field and enhanced reliability. Self-locking lock nuts on all fasteners of the coil axis ensure the product can endure long-distance transport without loosening or core hanging.
