2. Iron Cores
Our iron core's excellence stems from high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precision-cut with minimal burr using advanced shearing technology. Its robust core clamping device features a board structure for high mechanical strength, and fastening nails ensure adequate pressure on transformer axis padding blocks.
3. Premium High Purity Copper Windings
Crafted with high purity, oxygen-free copper, our windings dramatically minimize load loss. The inner coil is wound directly onto an insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to ensure uniform electric fields and enhanced stability. Utilizing BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment, we achieve precise axial alignment and reinforce winding strength.

Our transformer tank showcases a seamless design, crafted from wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams.
