2. Iron Cores
Our iron core is crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precision-cut by specialized shearing machines, yielding minimal burr. The innovative use of multi-steps and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. Our robust core clamping device ensures superior mechanical strength, with fasten nails securing optimal transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce load loss
Expertly engineered, our inner coil is wound directly onto an insulation barrel, utilizing chamfering spacers and padding blocks for uniform electric field distribution and enhanced stability. The integration of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly ensures precise axial positioning of windings, bolstering axial strength.
4. Tank
Our tanks feature wide-width steel plates that minimize welding seams for an elegant, durable appearance. The folded plate type tank boasts high mechanical strength, withstanding rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests. Innovative welding technology and groove-type flanges assure long-term leak-free performance. The wide plate radiation system, equipped with robust and low-noise blowers, enhances heat dissipation efficiency, significantly boosting performance. The transformer is directly compatible with the capsule-type conservator, which effectively delays oil aging, maintaining electrical strength under vacuum conditions.
5. Protection System
Our state-of-the-art protection system includes Pt100 thermal resistor temperature control within the transformer body, pressure relief valves with contacts on the tank top, and an oil indicator with contacts and vacuum relays on the conservator. The oil pressure indicator with contacts within the tank streamlines signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, ideal for high-pollution conditions. The inclusion of stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases not only enhances durability but also ensures an elegant and refined appearance.
