Since 1999, CEEG has proudly pioneered a synergistic alliance with DuPont, marking a historical milestone as the first Chinese enterprise to ingeniously integrate DuPont Nomex paper as an insulation material. This step revolutionized the construction of our open-ventilated dry-type transformers, setting a benchmark in innovation and quality.
Experience unparalleled adaptability with our product, meticulously engineered to thrive in environments demanding stringent fireproofing standards, robust resilience to high rating waves, and resistance to dirt and moisture. Perfectly suited for airports, subways, power plants, mining industries, hospitals, high-rises, shopping centers, densely populated regions, oil sectors, nuclear power plants, and more.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated Transformer is a paragon of engineering excellence, featuring an exceptional ability to withstand heavy overloads, superior high-temperature resistance, and an unwavering commitment to safety and reliability. Its fire retardant and moisture-resistant properties make it environmentally conscious, while its low noise, easy maintenance, minimal partial discharge, and crack-free design elevate its prestige.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Forged through a strategic collaboration with DuPont in 1999, CEEG leads the industry as the pioneering Chinese manufacturer to employ DuPont Nomex® Paper for insulating non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This innovation achieves a high insulation class H or C, with tightly wrapped windings robust enough to withstand short-circuit impacts, even after extended service periods.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Our state-of-the-art core design, utilizing high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets arranged at precise 45-degree lap joints with seven-step seams, or high-quality amorphous alloy strips, ensures optimized performance. The insulated tape wrapping isolates the core from windings, while a specialized square tube and draw plates secure the structure. Surface protection with moisture and rust-resistant resin further enhances durability. The design significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise, while the amorphous alloy core variant offers a remarkable 60% reduction in no-load loss, boosting energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
Our high-voltage winding is meticulously crafted for continuous operation, delivering exceptional mechanical strength and radiation capability. It excels at damp proofing, endures heat shock with partial discharge under 5PC, and can be revitalized post-service life. The F-grade DMD laminated low voltage foil undergoes an epoxy resin soak, VPI impregnation, and high-temperature curing for void-free insulation. High current taps are available on the low voltage winding for enhanced adaptability.
4. Additional Features
Versatile voltage configurations on both primary and secondary sides adapt seamlessly to customer specifications
Enhanced emergency overload capacity through integrated fan systems
Self-extinguishing capabilities provide superior fire resistance compared to oil-based alternatives
Expertly designed to accommodate harmonic loading applications.
Capable of core loop testing transformers for turbo generator sets.
Engineered with low energy content to minimize fire risks, reduced weight, and outstanding heat wave resistance
Certification
Our CEEG dry-type transformers proudly hold KEMA E2, C2, and F1 certifications, attesting to their superior performance in Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behaviour categories. As one of the pioneering manufacturers in China to pass the rigorous KEMA test, we continuously set the standard for excellence.
