2. Superior Iron Cores
Constructed from premium grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, these iron cores are precisely cut using special shearing machines, resulting in minimal burrs. The strategic use of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints effectively reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The core clamping mechanism features a robust board structure that imparts high mechanical strength, while fasten nails secure ample transformer axis padding block pressure, ensuring durability and efficiency.
3. High Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings for Optimized Load Loss
The meticulously crafted inner coil is wound directly onto the insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to evenly distribute the electric field, enhancing overall stability. Additionally, the application of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly ensures precise axial positioning of the windings, fortifying axial strength for superior performance.

Employing wide-width steel plates minimizes welding seams on the flat roof, granting a sleek and elegant appearance with high mechanical resilience. This folded plate-type tank has successfully passed rigorous standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Innovative welding technology and groove-type flange construction assure long-term, leak-free usage of both the tank and pipes. The wide plate radiation system, equipped with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, enhances heat dissipation efficiency while reducing radiating plates and preventing leakage. It can be seamlessly mounted onto the transformer. Additionally, the capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, bolstering electric strength.
5. Comprehensive Protection System
The Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system is adeptly integrated into the transformer body. A pressure relief valve with contact points is strategically placed atop the tank, complemented by an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays on the conservator. Moreover, an oil pressure indicator with contacts resides within the tank. This ensemble of equipment excels in signal conversion and transfer. Both high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) bushings are designed as pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, effectively extending insulation space and facilitating use in highly polluted environments.
