Since 1999, China Electric Equipment (Jiangsu) Transformer Manufacture Co., Ltd. (CEEG) has proudly collaborated with the esteemed DuPont, marking a pioneering moment as the first company in China to utilize DuPont's Nomex paper for insulation in crafting open-ventilated dry-type transformers. This strategic partnership underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence in transformer technology.
Our Three Phase Dry Type Transformer is engineered for exceptional performance in environments demanding stringent fireproofing, and resilience against substantial power fluctuations, dirt, and moisture. Ideal applications encompass critical infrastructure and high-risk areas such as airports, subways, power plants, mining operations, hospitals, skyscrapers, bustling shopping centers, densely populated zones, oil industries, and nuclear power facilities.
Product Features
Experience superior durability and safety with CEEG's Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer, renowned for its exceptional overload handling, robust high-temperature tolerance, and reliable fire-retardant and moisture-resistant properties. Renowned for its eco-friendliness and low noise production, this transformer ensures easy upkeep and minimal partial discharge, all while maintaining crack-free performance.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
In a historic collaboration with DuPont initiated in 1999, CEEG became the trailblazer in China for applying DuPont Nomex® Paper as insulation in non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This advanced material elevates the insulation to a superior class H or C, providing a tightly wound structure capable of withstanding short-circuit impacts even after long years of service.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
The core of our transformers is meticulously crafted using premium cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, lap-jointed at precise 45-degree angles with 7-step seams, or high-quality amorphous alloy strips, all wrapped with insulating tape. This sophisticated design, reinforced by specialized square tubes and draw plates, is coated with moisture and rust-resistant resin. It significantly decreases no-load loss and current, while boosting noise reduction. Notably, the amorphous alloy core model slashes no-load loss by an impressive 60%, greatly enhancing energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
Our high-voltage windings are engineered for unmatched mechanical strength and exceptional heat dissipation, offering damp-proof qualities and resilience against heat shock with partial discharges under 5PC. They are fully recoverable post-service. The F-grade DMD lamination low voltage foil is expertly presoaked in epoxy resin and processed through advanced VPI equipment, ensuring flawless, void-free insulation. High current tap options are available for low voltage windings.
4. Additional Features
Multiple primary and secondary voltage options are available to meet diverse customer requirements
Equipped with fans to boost emergency overload capacity
Features self-extinguishing capabilities, offering superior fire resistance compared to oil-based transformers
Engineered to excel under harmonic loading conditions.
Designed for core loop testing transformers in turbo generator sets.
In the event of a fire, our transformers offer low energy content, reduced weight, and outstanding resistance to heat waves.
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers proudly bear the prestigious KEMA certifications for Environmental (E2), Climatic (C2), and Fire Behaviour (F1) classes. As one of the pioneering dry-type transformer manufacturers in China, we have successfully passed the rigorous KEMA tests, affirming our commitment to quality and safety.
