1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Leveraging cutting-edge computer software, we meticulously analyze winding electric fields under high voltage, precisely calculating electric field gradients to ensure the winding structure can withstand high-voltage impulses. Our advanced analysis extends to the transformer's insulation structure, ensuring operational safety with a scientifically derived framework. Comprehensive analysis of magnetic leakage and temperature fields guarantees performance aligns perfectly with design requirements. Through optimized lamination design, magnetic distortion is minimized, enhancing no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, the iron core is meticulously cut with a specialized shearing machine, resulting in minimal burr. Utilizing multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints, we significantly reduce no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The robust core clamping device boasts a board structure, providing high mechanical intensity, while fastening nails ensure adequate pressure on transformer axis padding blocks.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
The inner coil, precisely wound on an insulation barrel, employs chamfering spacers and padding blocks to maintain uniform electric fields and bolster stability. Employing BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly guarantees accurate axial alignment and strengthens axial integrity.
4. Tank
Constructed from wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams on the flat roof, the folded plate type tank exhibits a sleek and refined appearance coupled with high mechanical strength, passing rigorous standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Special welding techniques and groove type flanges ensure long-lasting, leak-free performance. The wide plate radiation system, complete with heavy-duty and low-noise blowers, enhances heat dissipation efficiency, reduces radiating plates, and prevents leakage. Designed for direct mounting on the transformer, the capsule-type conservator effectively prolongs oil life under vacuum conditions, reinforcing electrical strength.
5. Protection System
The transformer incorporates a Pt100 thermal resistor temperature control system, a pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank, and an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays in the conservator. Furthermore, an oil pressure indicator with contacts is integrated into the tank. These sophisticated components enable seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings utilize pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space and ensuring suitability for high-pollution environments. With stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases, the design exudes elegance and sophistication.
