CEEG has proudly collaborated with the prestigious DuPont since 1999. We are honored to be the pioneers in China, utilizing DuPont's renowned Nomex paper as an insulation material, setting the benchmark in constructing open-ventilated dry-type transformers.
This exceptional product is engineered for environments demanding stringent fireproofing standards, resilience against significant rating fluctuations, and resistance to dirt and moisture. Ideal applications include airports, subways, power plants, mining industries, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, densely populated areas, oil industries, and even nuclear power facilities.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer is a paragon of performance, offering remarkable overload capabilities, high-temperature endurance, and unparalleled safety and reliability. It is fire retardant, moisture-resistant, environmentally friendly, operates with low noise, and is designed for easy maintenance. It ensures low partial discharge and maintains a crack-free structure for lasting durability.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Forging a trailblazing partnership with DuPont in 1999, CEEG stands as the first Chinese enterprise to integrate DuPont Nomex® Paper in the production of non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This high-performance material endows the transformer with an insulation grade of class H or C. The tightly wrapped windings form a robust structure, capable of withstanding short-circuit impacts even after prolonged use.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Crafted to perfection, the three-phase core employs high-grade, cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, strategically lap-jointed at 45 degrees with 7 stepping seams. Alternatively, it uses high-quality amorphous alloy strips. Encased with insulated tape, the core is isolated from the windings. Special square tubes and draw plates secure the construction, with a protective layer of moisture and rust-resistant resin. This design methodically minimizes no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The amorphous alloy core model achieves a remarkable 60% reduction in no-load loss, significantly boosting energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
The high-voltage winding is ingeniously crafted with a continuous structure, delivering superior mechanical strength and excellent heat dissipation. It excels in damp proofing and enduring heat shocks, with a commendable partial discharge of less than 5PC. Post-service life recovery of the winding is achievable. The F-grade DMD laminated low voltage foil, meticulously presoaked in epoxy resin, ensures robust layer insulation. The VPI (vacuum pressure impregnating) process, paired with high-temperature curing, guarantees a void-free insulation. Additionally, high current taps are incorporated for low voltage winding.
4. Additional Features
Customizable voltage configurations on both primary and secondary sides to fulfill diverse customer requirements.
Integrated fans enhance the transformer's emergency overload capacity, providing peace of mind in critical situations.
Innovative self-extinguishing capabilities surpass oil-filled transformers in fire resistance, ensuring heightened safety.
Expertly designed to accommodate harmonic loading, making it an adaptable solution for modern challenges.
Excels as a core loop testing transformer, specifically tailored for turbo generator sets.
