CEEG's mining explosion-proof transformer substation consists of a high-voltage vacuum switch or high-voltage load switch, a dry-type transformer, and a low-voltage protection box or low-voltage feed switch. It provides stable power in mines and tunnels where there is a risk of explosion caused by methane-mixed gas and coal dust with no gases and vapors that corrode metals or damage insulation.

Explosion-Proof & Heat Dissipation: Patented full-wave corrugated cylindrical structure, with no water or dust accumulation on the top, offering excellent heat dissipation and strong explosion-proof performance.
Premium Insulation: Utilizes Nomex® insulation paper, providing C/H-class insulation, flame retardancy, explosion proofing, and recyclability. The high and low voltage coils wrapped with Nomex insulation materials undergo vacuum-pressure impregnated treatment with H class solvent-free paint and are solidified at high temperatures.
Sturdy and Reliable: Features an eight-point fastening method, suitable for vertical descent into mines; ensures the iron core remains free of lateral movement under various working conditions.
Advanced Technology: Employs VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) for impregnation and drying, enhancing the insulation performance and mechanical strength of the coils.
Strong Adaptation: The elliptical structure of the transformer body results in a shorter height and length, meeting the space requirement of various mining environments.

Structure Design
The CEEG Mine explosion-proof transformer is an open-ventilated dry-type transformer with a C/H-class insulation level. The high-tension winding employs a layer-type structure, where the two outermost layers of wires are vertically wound to enhance the mechanical strength of the oval coil on the spoke. We have refined the structure to ensure compactness and reliability, utilizing high-quality, highly permeable cold-rolled silicon sheets. The core column features an oval cross-section with step-lap joints, and the upper and lower iron yokes are secured with draw plates.
