Introduction to the Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer: Navigate through the high seas with confidence utilizing our robust transformer technology specifically engineered for marine and ocean platform environments.
Our cutting-edge transformers offer insulation classes including B, F, and H. The low-voltage transformers (below 1kV) boast a remarkable capacity of up to 8000kVA, while our medium-voltage transformers tailored for vessels, ships, and offshore platforms (below 10kV) also achieve 8000kVA. We excel in custom designs to meet unique specifications and can provide certification from globally recognized classification societies such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and more.
Discover the Structural Features of Our Product: Built to exceed expectations in durability and performance.
Our transformer core is crafted from premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated in an optimal 45° diagonal pattern for enhanced efficiency.
Engineered for longevity, our transformers use Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper for insulation, ensuring a service life exceeding 30 years.
Unmatched Resistance: Our transformers are highly resistant to moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust, thanks to a protective resin coating on the iron core.
Experience Low Losses, Minimal Partial Discharge, Robust Overload Capacity, and Low Noise: Utilizing 0.18-0.3mm thick, high-permeability, high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our transformers minimize energy loss. A through-bolt structure effectively reduces operational noise.
Innovative Coil Design: Our marine transformer coil features a non-closure design, while the ocean platform transformer incorporates a stuffing epoxy resin cast for superior flame retardation.
Durable Construction: The transformer casing is fabricated from premium steel sheets and meets Protection Class standards of IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23.
Efficient Wiring Solutions: Transformers with capacities of 500 kVA and above feature a stuffing box conveniently positioned at the top left or right of the case, with bottom-in and bottom-out wiring styles. Cable holes are strategically placed on the base, equipped with wire scratch-proofing and fixation devices.
Application Conditions: Optimize performance in diverse environments.
Our company's product is engineered to operate seamlessly under the following conditions, ensuring reliability and stability:
Endure ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 45°C;
Function effectively in environments with relative humidity levels of up to 95%.
Designed to withstand vibration and shock from operational settings where the transformer is installed.
Maintain efficacy with a swing angle of ≤22.5° and an inclining angle of ≤15°.
Built to resist the effects of dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds, ensuring steadfast performance.
