1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Utilizing cutting-edge computer software, our design meticulously analyzes the winding electric field under high voltage conditions. This enables precise calculations of winding electric field gradients, ensuring that the structure withstands high-voltage impulses. Comprehensive analysis and calculation of the insulation architecture guarantee safe transformer operation. The lamination design is optimized to reduce magnetic distortion, enhancing no-load performance, while the magnetic leakage and temperature fields are precisely aligned with design requirements.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets and expertly cut with specialized shearing machines, our iron cores exhibit minimal burrs. Employing multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints, we significantly reduce no-load loss, current, and noise. The core clamping apparatus, constructed using a robust board structure, assures high mechanical strength. Securing nails provide ample padding block pressure along the transformer axis, ensuring dependable performance.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
The inner coil is meticulously wound on the insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to stabilize the electric field and enhance stability. State-of-the-art BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment is utilized during assembly, ensuring precise axial alignment and fortified axial strength of the windings.
4. Tank
Employing wide-width steel plates reduces welding seams for a sleek and sophisticated flat roof appearance. The folded plate tank not only exudes elegance but also offers immense mechanical strength, verified through rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding techniques and groove-type flanges promise long-lasting, leak-proof performance. Featuring heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, the wide plate radiation system elevates heat dissipation efficiency, minimizing radiating plates and preventing leaks. The capsule-type conservator effectively prolongs the oil's electric strength by staving off aging under vacuum conditions.
5. Protection System
The Pt100 thermal resistor temperature control system is standard in the transformer body. A pressure relief valve with contacts is mounted at the tank's apex, along with an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays on the conservator. An oil pressure indicator with contacts is incorporated within the tank. This comprehensive setup facilitates seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain, extending insulation space and ensuring reliability in high-pollution environments. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases contribute to a refined, elegant appearance.
