2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, our iron cores are precision cut by state-of-the-art shearing machines, resulting in negligible burrs. The deployment of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints dramatically reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. With robust core clamping devices and strategically placed fastening nails, mechanical intensity is maximized, ensuring optimal transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
Wound directly onto the insulation barrel, the inner coil benefits from expertly applied chamfering spacers and padding blocks, ensuring uniform electric field distribution and enhanced stability. Our BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment guarantees precise axial winding location, reinforcing axial strength and efficiency.
4. Tank
Constructed from wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, our folded plate type tank boasts a sleek and intricate design while maintaining exceptional mechanical strength, verified through standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding techniques and groove type flanges ensure longevity and leak-free operation. The wide plate radiation system, complete with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, boosts heat dissipation efficiency, reduces radiating plates, and prevents leakage, with a capsule-type conservator effectively delaying oil aging for enhanced electric strength.
5. Protection System
Featuring Pt100 thermal resistor temperature control and a pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank, our protection system is second to none. Equipped with an oil indicator, vacuum relays, and oil pressure indicators, the system ensures seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both high and low voltage bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space and functionality in high pollution scenarios. Elegant stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases complement the sophisticated design.
