Features
1. Scientific and Advanced Design Scheme
Utilizing state-of-the-art computer software, we meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage conditions to precisely calculate the gradient distribution, ensuring the winding structure withstands high impulse scenarios. Our cutting-edge approach in analyzing and calculating the transformer's insulation and magnetic leakage structures guarantees safety and optimal field performance. Furthermore, our fine-tuned lamination design minimizes magnetic distortion and elevates no-load efficiency.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, our iron core, cut by an advanced shearing machine, exhibits only minute burrs. The innovative multi-step and 45° all-leaning joint design significantly reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The core's robust mechanical intensity is reinforced by a board structure clamping device, with fastening nails ensuring optimal transformer axis block pressure.
3. High-Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings for Reduced Load Loss
Our inner coils are expertly wound directly on the insulation barrel, utilizing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to achieve a uniform electric field and heightened stability. The use of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment in assembly ensures precise axial location and fortified axial strength of the windings.
4. Tank
We employ wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams on the tank's flat roof, resulting in a folded, sleek, and durable design that withstands standard pressure and vacuum tests. Special welding techniques and groove-type flanges guarantee long-term, leak-free performance. The integrated wide plate radiation system, with robust and quiet blowers, enhances heat dissipation efficiency, reducing radiating plates and preventing leakage, all mountable directly on the transformer. Additionally, the capsule-type conservator significantly slows down oil aging under vacuum conditions, boosting electric strength.
5. Protection System
Equipped with Pt100 thermal resistors, the transformer's temperature control system is state-of-the-art. A pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank, coupled with an oil indicator and vacuum relays on the conservator, along with an oil pressure indicator in the tank, facilitate seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings, crafted from high-quality pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extend insulation in high-pollution environments. For an elegant finish, padding plates and terminal cases are fashioned from stainless steel.
