1. Pioneering scientific and advanced design scheme
Utilizing sophisticated computer software, the winding electric field under high voltage is meticulously analyzed to ensure precision in electric field grad distribution, ensuring robustness against high voltage impulses. The transformer's insulation structure is scientifically evaluated and optimized for safe operation, while magnetic leakage and temperature fields are analyzed to guarantee that they meet design specifications. Lamination design is refined to minimize magnetic distortion, enhancing the transformer's no-load performance.
2. Superior Iron Cores
Our iron core uses premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precisely cut by a specialized shearing machine to minimize burrs. Multi-step, 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduce no-load loss, current, and noise. The core clamping system's board structure ensures high mechanical strength, while fastening nails provide adequate transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High-Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings for Load Loss Reduction
The inner coil is expertly wound on an insulation barrel equipped with chamfered spacers and padding blocks to stabilize the electric field. BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment is employed during assembly to accurately position the windings and bolster axial strength.
4. Robust Tank
A wide-width steel plate is utilized to minimize welding seams on the flat roof, creating a sleek, folded plate tank that exudes both elegance and high mechanical strength. The tank has passed stringent positive pressure and vacuum tests. Our special welding technique and groove-type flange guarantee long-term durability without leakage. Complemented by a wide plate radiation system, heavy-duty low-noise blowers enhance heat dissipation efficiency and prevent leakage. The tank can be directly mounted on the transformer, and the capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum conditions to reinforce electric strength.
5. Advanced Protection System
Equipped with Pt100 thermal resistors, the temperature control system is integral to the transformer body. A pressure relief valve with contacts is affixed to the tank's top, along with an oil indicator and vacuum relays on the conservator. An oil pressure indicator with contacts is also fitted within the tank, all facilitating signal conversion and transfer. Designed for high pollution environments, both HV and LV bushings feature pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space, while padding plates and terminal cases crafted from stainless steel ensure a refined, elegant appearance.
