Product Features
Exemplary Production Performance: The superiorly crafted frame is enhanced with a specialized paint layer, while the ingenious internal design incorporates protective measures to prevent:
the erroneous operation of circuit breakers,
the inappropriate switching of isolators under load conditions,
the perilous connection (closing) of grounding wires (grounding switches) while energized,
the closing of circuit breakers with grounding wires (grounding switches) in situ,
and inadvertent entry into live compartments.
Empowered by BIOSCO technology, the modular structure ensures effortless installation and operation.
Constructed with welded structural steel, it offers unparalleled mechanical strength and a meticulously treated surface for outstanding resistance to the elements.
Sophisticated Environmental Control: Featuring automated temperature control devices in both the transformer and low-voltage rooms, this system ensures precise temperature regulation and optimal ventilation.
The premium top insulation layer effectively averts condensation from abrupt temperature shifts, with optional additional insulation layers available to envelop the enclosure.
Smart Operations: Equipped with intelligent operation and maintenance capabilities, it offers advanced data collection and analysis on both HV & LV switchgear and the transformer, enhancing operational efficiency.
Design and Customization: With its aesthetically pleasing design, this substation provides an array of customization options and configurations. It offers internal structures in 'H' and 'T' shapes, along with versatile corridor and non-corridor layouts, catering to diverse requirements.
Enclosure Structure
High Voltage Chamber:
The primary high voltage chamber is equipped with a state-of-the-art high-voltage ring main unit. It features high-voltage switches that accommodate both sulfur hexafluoride load switches and vacuum circuit breakers. This high-voltage cabinet ensures the transformer is shielded from short circuits, overloads, and other potential disturbances.
Transformer Chamber:
The three-phase transformer chamber is adept at housing either dry-type or liquid (oil) immersed transformers. Its enclosure is outfitted with a dynamic ventilation system featuring adjustable temperature settings. Additionally, transformers come with live space barriers, safeguarding against unintended contact during inspections.
Low Voltage Chamber:
The secondary low voltage chamber offers two assembly configurations: with or without a corridor. It can incorporate metering cabinets, main incoming cabinets, outgoing cabinets, capacitor cabinets, and interlocking cabinets (ideal for dual transformers), delivering extensive functionality for low-voltage switchgear. Capacitive reactive power compensation typically spans from 15% to 30% of the transformer's capacity, ensuring efficient energy management.
Operating Environment
Ambient Temperature: Ranges from a frosty -25°C to a warm 40°C, ensuring reliability across a broad spectrum of climates.
Altitude: Suitable for elevations of up to 1000 meters, accommodating various geographical locations.
Relative Humidity: Maintains functionality with humidity levels up to 90% at 25°C, with allowances for short-term spikes reaching 100%.
Installation Conditions: Ideal for environments devoid of fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, or severe vibrations, ensuring a safe and stable operational setting.
