Since 1999, CEEG has proudly partnered with DuPont, becoming a trailblazer in China by pioneering the use of DuPont Nomex paper as a cutting-edge insulation material in the creation of open-ventilated dry-type transformers. This collaboration underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence.
Designed for optimal performance in environments demanding stringent fireproofing, enduring massive rating fluctuations, and resisting dirt and moisture, this product excels in diverse settings such as airports, subways, power plants, mining industries, hospitals, skyscrapers, shopping centers, bustling public spaces, oil industries, and nuclear power facilities.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer showcases an impressive array of attributes: it is endowed with robust overload capacity, superior high-temperature resistance, unmatched safety and reliability. Additionally, it boasts fire retardant qualities, moisture resistance, is eco-friendly, emits minimal noise, requires straightforward maintenance, ensures low partial discharge, and is resistant to cracking.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Establishing a strategic partnership with DuPont in 1999, CEEG stands out as the pioneer in China to utilize DuPont Nomex® Paper, a high-grade insulation material, in the fabrication of non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This paper accords the transformer a top-tier insulation class of H or C. Its tightly wrapped windings remain steadfast, withstanding short-circuit impacts even after prolonged use.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Featuring a three-phase structure, the core is crafted from high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets seamlessly lap-jointed at 45 degrees with 7 stepping seams, or from premium amorphous alloy strips. Insulated tape shields the core from the windings, and its structure is reinforced using special square tubes and draw plates. Coated in moisture and rust-resistant resin, this design significantly diminishes no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. For the amorphous alloy model, the no-load loss plummets by 60%, enhancing energy efficiency dramatically.
3. HV & LV Coils
The high-voltage winding is engineered with a continuous structure, guaranteeing exceptional mechanical strength and superior heat dissipation. It excels in damp-proofing and heat shock resistance, maintaining a partial discharge below 5PC. Post service life, the winding is fully recoverable. Utilizing F-grade DMD lamination, the low voltage foil is meticulously soaked in epoxy resin for layer insulation, processed through VPI (vacuum pressure impregnating) mechanisms, and cured with advanced high-temperature technology. This automatic impregnation ensures flawless, void-free insulation, with high current taps integrated into the low voltage winding.
4. Additional Features
Multiple voltage options on both primary and secondary sides, tailored to meet customer specifications
Fans that enhance emergency overload capacity significantly
Self-extinguishing properties that offer superior fire resistance compared to oil-based alternatives
Engineered to accommodate harmonic loading seamlessly.
Core loop testing transformer specifically designed for turbo generator sets.
Boasting low energy content in fire scenarios, reduced weight, and outstanding heat wave resistance
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers proudly possess KEMA E2, C2, and F1 certifications, meeting the highest standards in Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behavior categories. As pioneers among China's dry-type transformer manufacturers, we were among the first to successfully pass the rigorous KEMA test.
