Since 1999, CEEG has proudly partnered with DuPont, pioneering the use of DuPont Nomex® paper as an insulation material in China for creating open-ventilated dry-type transformers. This collaboration signifies a transformative era in transformer technology, combining innovation with reliability.
Designed to excel in demanding environments, our product is perfectly suited for places where fireproofing is crucial, and conditions are challenging-whether it's the bustling airport, intricate subways, or vital infrastructures like power plants, mining industries, hospitals, towering high-rises, vibrant shopping centers, bustling oil industries, and even nuclear power facilities.
Product Features
Discover the CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer: engineered for unmatched durability, boasting an exceptional overload capacity, and high-temperature resistance. This transformer prioritizes not only safety and reliability but is also environmentally friendly and noise-efficient. It's designed to be fire retardant, moisture resistant, and requires minimal maintenance, ensuring low partial discharge and a crack-free performance.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
CEEG revolutionized transformer manufacturing in China by integrating DuPont Nomex® Paper as an insulation material since 1999. This innovation results in a high insulation grade of class H or C, with tightly wrapped windings that withstand short-circuits even after years of operation.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Our transformer core is crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel or high-quality amorphous alloy strips, precision-engineered with 45-degree lap joints and 7 stepping seams. Insulated tape isolates the core from windings, secured by special square tubes and draw plates. The surface is coated with moisture and rust-resistant resin, minimizing no-load loss, current, and noise. In the amorphous alloy model, experience a 60% reduction in no-load loss, greatly enhancing energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
High-voltage winding with a continuous structure ensures substantial mechanical strength and excellent heat resistance. It maintains partial discharge below 5PC and is damp-proof. The epoxy resin-soaked F-grade DMD lamination low voltage foil undergoes VPI processing for flawless insulation. The low-voltage winding includes high-current taps, enhancing functionality.
4. Additional Features
Versatile voltage options on both primary and secondary sides to meet diverse customer needs.
Equipped with fans to boost emergency overload capacity.
Self-extinguishing properties deliver superior fire resistance compared to oil-based systems.
Engineered to handle harmonic loading with ease.
Specialized core loop testing transformers for turbo generator sets.
Optimized for fire safety with low energy content, reduced weight, and formidable heat wave resistance.
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers proudly meet the rigorous standards of KEMA E2, C2, and F1 for Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behaviour classes. As an early adopter of such certifications in China, we stand as a testament to quality and innovation.
