Introduction to Our Exceptional Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Our transformers boast insulation classes including B, F, and H. The low-voltage transformers, operating below 1kV, offer remarkable capacity of up to 8000kVA. Similarly, our medium-voltage transformers, suitable for vessels, ships, and offshore platforms (operating below 10kV), also achieve a capacity of up to 8000kVA. We pride ourselves on tailoring designs and productions to meet bespoke requirements. Moreover, our products come with certification from esteemed classification societies such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, among others, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Innovative Structural Features of Our Product
Our product features a core material crafted from superior cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a precise 45° diagonal angle for enhanced performance.
Utilizing Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper for insulation, our transformers are engineered for longevity, providing an impressive service life exceeding 30 years.
Our transformers exhibit excellent resistance to moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust, thanks to a special resin coating on the surface of the iron core.
Designed to minimize losses and partial discharges, these transformers possess a formidable overload capacity with low noise levels. The high permeability, superior grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets (0.18-0.3mm thick) effectively reduce losses. Additionally, a through-bolt structure is implemented to significantly diminish noise.
The marine transformer coil incorporates a non-closure design, while the ocean platform transformer features a casting with stuffing epoxy resin, ensuring excellent flame retardation properties.
Constructed from premium steel sheets, the transformer's case offers protection classes including IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, ensuring robust protection and reliability.
The transformer is equipped with a strategically positioned stuffing box, either on the left or right top of the case. For capacities of 500kVA and above, the wiring configuration is bottom in/bottom out. Cable openings are precisely situated at the base, complete with wire scratch-proofing and secure fixation devices.
Application Conditions for Optimal Performance
Our company's products are engineered to operate seamlessly under the following conditions:
Ambient temperature range: -25°C to 45°C; ensuring reliability in diverse climates.
Relative humidity: ≤95%, providing robust operation even in high humidity environments.
Capable of withstanding the vibrations and shocks typical of installed locations;
Designed to endure a swing angle of ≤22.5° and an inclining angle of ≤15°;
Resilient against influences such as dew, oil mist, salt mist, and mold, ensuring longevity.
