Product Features
Superior Production Performance: The frame is coated with a specialized paint layer. The internal design includes multiple safeguards to prevent:
incorrect operation of circuit breakers,
switching of isolators under load,
connecting (closing) of grounding wires (grounding switches) while energized,
closing circuit breakers with grounding wires (grounding switches) in place,
and accidental entry into live compartments.
Employs BIOSCO technology with a modular structure, ensuring simple installation and operation.
Fabricated from structural steel, the unit boasts excellent mechanical strength and a surface treated for exceptional weather resistance.
Advanced Environmental Control: Equipped with automatic temperature control devices in both transformer and low-voltage rooms, ensuring optimal temperature regulation and efficient ventilation.
A top insulation layer mitigates condensation from rapid temperature changes, with additional insulation layers available for the enclosure.
Smart Operations: Features intelligent operation and maintenance, including smart data collection and analysis for HV & LV switchgear and the transformer.
Design and Customization: This unit boasts an attractive design and is customizable, offering a wide array of choices. The internal structure is available in 'H' and 'T' shapes, with options for both corridor and non-corridor layouts.
Enclosure Structure
High Voltage Chamber:
The primary high voltage chamber contains a high-voltage ring main unit. High-voltage switches support sulfur hexafluoride load switches and vacuum circuit breakers. The high-voltage cabinet protects the transformer from short circuits, overloads, and more.
Transformer Chamber:
The three-phase transformer chamber can house either dry-type or liquid (oil) immersed transformers. It features a sophisticated ventilation system with adjustable temperature settings. Live space barriers prevent accidental contact during observation.
Low Voltage Chamber:
The secondary low voltage chamber is available in two forms: with or without a corridor. It accommodates metering cabinets, main incoming cabinets, outgoing cabinets, capacitor cabinets, and interlocking cabinets (for dual transformers), providing comprehensive low-voltage switchgear functionality. Capacitive reactive power compensation typically ranges from 15% to 30% of transformer capacity.
Operating Environment
Ambient Temperature: -25°C to 40°C
Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters
Relative Humidity: Not exceeding 90% at 25°C, with short-term peaks up to 100%
Installation Conditions: Suitable for locations free from fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, or severe vibrations.
