1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Our cutting-edge design employs sophisticated computer software to meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage conditions. This ensures precise electric field grad distribution, guaranteeing the winding structure withstands high-voltage impulses. We meticulously calculate the insulation structure to ensure safe operation, and optimize the lamination design to minimize magnetic distortion, enhancing no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, our iron cores are precision-cut using specialized shearing machines, resulting in minimal burrs. The innovative use of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. Our robust board-structured core clamping device ensures high mechanical integrity, with fastening nails providing sufficient transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
The inner coil is expertly wound directly on the insulation barrel, with chamfering spacers and padding blocks enhancing electric field uniformity and stability. Our use of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment in assembly ensures precise axial winding location and reinforces axial strength.
4. Tank
Constructed from wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, our tanks boast a concise yet elegant appearance and high mechanical strength, having passed stringent positive pressure and vacuum tests. Our specialized welding technology and groove-type flange ensure durability and leak-proof performance. The wide plate radiation system, equipped with heavy-duty low-noise blowers, enhances heat dissipation efficiency and prevents leakage. Designed for direct mounting, our capsule-type conservator extends the lifespan of oil through vacuum condition implantation, reinforcing electric strength.
5. Protection System
Featuring a comprehensive protection system, our transformers are equipped with Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control, a pressure relief valve with contacts, and vacuum relays on the conservator. The oil pressure indicator with contacts, alongside pollution-retardant porcelain oil type HV and LV bushings, extends insulation space for high-pollution applications. The stainless steel padding plates and terminal case offer both durability and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
