Enclosure Structure
High Voltage Chamber:
Within the high voltage chamber lies a sophisticated high-voltage ring main unit. The high-voltage switches incorporate cutting-edge sulfur hexafluoride load switches and vacuum circuit breakers, shielding the transformer from short circuits, overloads, and more, ensuring peak performance.
Transformer Chamber:
The transformer chamber is ingeniously designed to house both dry-type and liquid (oil) immersed transformers. It features a state-of-the-art ventilation system with adaptable temperature settings. Live space barriers are employed to prevent unintentional contact during observation, reinforcing safety.
Low Voltage Chamber:
The secondary low voltage chamber can be assembled with or without a corridor, offering flexibility. It accommodates metering cabinets, main incoming cabinets, outgoing cabinets, capacitor cabinets, and interlocking cabinets for dual transformers, delivering comprehensive low-voltage switchgear functionality. Capacitive reactive power compensation generally spans from 15% to 30% of the transformer's capacity, ensuring efficiency.
