Introduction of Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Our state-of-the-art marine (ocean platform) transformer is a dry, self-cooled (air-cooled) marvel, designed to act as an isolation device for power motive and lighting circuits within power networks.
Our marine (ocean platform) transformers boast insulation classes B, F, and H, operating at frequencies of 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Marine transformers have capacities up to 500 kVA with a voltage class of 1 kV, while ocean platform transformers offer capacities up to 2500 kVA with voltage classes up to 10 kV.
With robust technical expertise, our company is adept at designing and producing custom-sized transformers to meet specific customer requirements.
Structural Features of Our Product
We use premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a full 45° diagonal for the core material.
Insulation materials include Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, ensuring a transformer lifespan exceeding 30 years.
Marine transformer coils feature a non-closure structure, while ocean platform transformer coils are cast with epoxy resin for excellent flame retardation.
The transformer's casing, crafted from high-quality steel sheets, is available with Protection Classes of IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23.
A stuffing box is strategically placed on either the left or right top of the transformer case, with bottom-in/bottom-out wiring styles for capacities of 500 kVA and upwards. Cable holes at the base are equipped with wire scratch-proof and fixation devices.
Application Conditions
Our transformers operate flawlessly under the following conditions:
Ambient temperature: -25°C to 45°C;
Relative humidity: ≤95%;
They withstand vibration and shock from installation sites;
Swing angles up to 22.5° and inclining angles up to 15°;
Resistant to effects from dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds.
