Advanced analysis and calculation of the transformer's insulation structure assure safe operation, while meticulous magnetic leakage and temperature field calculations ensure performance meets design criteria. 2. Superior Iron Cores
Crafted from high-quality, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, the iron core is precision-cut using a specialized shearing machine to result in minuscule burrs. The use of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints significantly lowers no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The core clamping device's board structure ensures robust mechanical intensity, while firmly secured nails guarantee optimal transformer axis padding block pressure, delivering a superior and reliable performance.
3. High Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings, Reduced Load Loss
Inner coils are expertly wound directly on the insulation barrel, with chamfering spacers and padding blocks ensuring uniform electric field distribution and enhanced stability. Utilizing the BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly, we secure the axial location of the windings, bolstering axial strength for unparalleled performance.
4. Tank
The tank employs wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams on the flat roof, presenting a folded plate-type tank design that is both sleek and robust. It withstands standard positive pressure and vacuum tests, thanks to advanced welding technology and groove-type flanges that ensure long-term durability without leakage. The wide-plate radiation system, complemented by heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, elevates the heat dissipating core, boosting efficiency, and reducing radiating plates for leak prevention. Furthermore, the capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, enhancing the transformer's electric strength.
5. Protection System
The Pt100 thermal resistor temperature control system is standard within the transformer body, complemented by a pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank. The conservator is equipped with an oil indicator with contacts and vacuum relays, plus an oil pressure indicator within the tank. This comprehensive equipment suite facilitates seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both high-voltage and low-voltage bushings feature pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, ensuring extended insulation space suitable for high pollution environments. Additionally, padding plates and the terminal case, constructed from stainless steel, enhance durability while presenting an elegant appearance.
