Our Vacuum Pressure Impregnated Transformer, with its robust three-phase design, is expertly engineered to thrive in environments demanding exceptional fireproofing, handling of substantial rating waves, and exposure to dirt and moisture. Ideal for use in airports, subways, power plants, mining, hospitals, skyscrapers, shopping centers, densely populated areas, oil industries, and nuclear power plants.


Product Features

The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated Transformer is a masterpiece of engineering, delivering superior overload capacity, exceptional temperature resilience, and unwavering safety and reliability. This fire-retardant, moisture-resistant marvel is eco-friendly, operates quietly, requires minimal maintenance, and exhibits low partial discharge while remaining crack-free.

1. DuPont Nomex® Paper

In our landmark partnership with DuPont since 1999, CEEG blazed a trail as the first Chinese company to adopt DuPont Nomex® Paper for insulation in non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This innovation provides a high insulation class of H or C, ensuring that the wrapped windings maintain a robust structure capable of withstanding short-circuit impacts over years of reliable service.

2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core

The heart of our three-phase transformer is crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, meticulously lap-jointed at 45 degrees with seven stepping seams, or from cutting-edge amorphous alloy strips. Encased in insulated tape for full protection from windings, the core is fortified with moisture and rust-resistant resin. This sophisticated design significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. Specifically, our amorphous alloy core model achieves a remarkable 60% reduction in no-load loss, dramatically boosting energy efficiency.

3. HV & LV Coils

Our high-voltage winding, with its continuous structure, delivers outstanding mechanical strength and excellent radiation capability. It resists dampness, withstands heat shock, and maintains a partial discharge below 5PC. Impressively, the winding is fully recoverable after its service life. The F-grade DMD lamination low voltage foil undergoes a meticulous epoxy resin presoak for layer insulation, followed by an advanced VPI (vacuum pressure impregnation) process and high-temperature curing, ensuring flawless void-free insulation. High current taps are available for the low voltage winding.
