1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Through cutting-edge computer software, we meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage, ensuring precise distribution of electric field gradients. This guarantees the winding structure withstands high-voltage impulses. Our scientific approach to insulation structure analysis assures safe product operation. By scrutinizing magnetic leakage and temperature fields, we align field performance with design demands and optimize lamination design to minimize magnetic distortion, boosting no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, the iron core undergoes precision cutting with a special shearing machine, resulting in minimal burr. The adoption of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The robust board structure core clamping device ensures high mechanical strength, with fasten nails providing adequate transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reducing load loss
Inner coils are meticulously wound directly on the insulation barrel, with chamfering spacers and padding blocks applied to harmonize the electric field and enhance stability. Utilizing BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly ensures the precise axial location of the windings and reinforces axial strength.
4. Tank
Featuring wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams on the flat roof, the tank boasts a folded plate type design for a sophisticated and durable appearance. It withstands standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding technology and groove-type flange guarantee long-term leakage-free performance for the tank and pipes. The wide plate radiation system, equipped with robust, low-noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency, reduces the number of radiating plates, and prevents leakage. The unit can be mounted directly on the transformer, and the capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum, reinforcing electric strength.
5. Protection System
Integrated with Pt100 thermal resistors for temperature control, the system includes a pressure relief valve with contacts, an oil indicator, and vacuum relays on the conservator, alongside an oil pressure indicator with contacts within the tank. This comprehensive suite of equipment facilitates signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings are made from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, enhancing insulation and suitability for high pollution conditions. The inclusion of stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases adds to the transformer's refined aesthetic.
