Since 1999, China Electric Equipment (Jiangsu) Transformer Manufacture Co., Ltd. (CEEG) has proudly collaborated with industry giant DuPont. As pioneers in China, CEEG was the first to integrate DuPont Nomex paper as the insulation material for its open-ventilated dry-type transformers, setting a benchmark in advanced electrical manufacturing.
Ideal for environments requiring stringent fireproofing, substantial rating fluctuations, and resistance to dirt and moisture, this transformer excels in high-demand locations such as airports, subways, power plants, mining industries, hospitals, skyscrapers, shopping centers, densely populated areas, oil industries, and nuclear power plants, providing unparalleled safety and efficiency.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer is engineered to offer robust performance with its strong overload capacity, superior high-temperature resistance, and unwavering safety and reliability. Its fire-retardant and moisture-resistant design is environmentally friendly, delivering low noise and maintenance ease. With low partial discharge and crack-free operation, it stands as a leader in innovative transformer solutions.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
In the groundbreaking partnership with DuPont initiated in 1999, CEEG led the way in China by adopting DuPont Nomex® Paper as an insulation material for manufacturing non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This integration offers a high insulation grade of class H or C. The windings, tightly wrapped, maintain structural integrity and can withstand short-circuit impacts even after prolonged service, ensuring durability.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Our transformers' three-phase cores are crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, assembled with precision at 45 degrees using 7-step lap joints or top-tier amorphous alloy strips. These cores are encapsulated with insulated tape to prevent contact with windings. The structure is reinforced with a unique square tube and draw plates, then sealed with moisture and rust-resistant resin. This innovative design dramatically reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. Especially in the amorphous alloy core model, no-load loss is reduced by 60%, significantly boosting energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
The high-voltage winding's continuous structure ensures exceptional mechanical strength and heat dissipation, excelling in damp environments with a partial discharge of less than 5PC. It remains recoverable after its service life. The F-grade DMD lamination low voltage foil is epoxy resin-impregnated for layer insulation through a VPI process and high-temperature curing, ensuring a void-free insulation. High current taps are available in the low voltage winding for optimum performance.
4. Additional Features
Configurable primary and secondary voltages to meet specific customer needs.
Built-in fans enhance the transformer's emergency overload capacity significantly.
Boasting self-extinguished capabilities, it offers superior fire resistance compared to oil-based transformers.
Perfectly designed for harmonic loading scenarios.
Features core loop testing transformers specifically for turbo generator sets.
In the event of a fire, enjoy reduced weight and excellent resistance to heat waves with minimal energy content.
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers proudly carry KEMA E2, C2, and F1 certifications, adhering to high environmental, climatic, and fire behavior standards. As one of China's earliest manufacturers to pass the KEMA test, we continue to set the standard for excellence.
