2. Iron Cores
Crafted with precision, our iron cores utilize premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, cut with a specialized shearing machine to ensure minimal burrs. The innovative multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduce no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. With a robust board structure for core clamping, the design ensures high mechanical intensity, while strategically placed fasten nails maintain optimal transformer axis padding block pressure, solidifying the core's integrity.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
Our transformers feature high-purity oxygen-free copper windings, meticulously wound directly onto the insulation barrel. Using chamfered spacers and padding blocks, we achieve even electric field distribution and enhanced stability. The assembly process employs BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment to secure precise axial winding placement and bolster axial strength, reducing load loss and enhancing operational efficiency.
4. Tank
The tank, crafted from wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, boasts a folded plate type design that is both elegant and mechanically strong. It has successfully passed rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests, demonstrating its durability. Our advanced welding technology and groove-type flange ensure a leak-free tank and piping system. The wide plate radiation system, featuring heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, optimizes heat dissipation efficiency while reducing radiating plates and preventing leaks. Directly mountable on the transformer, the capsule-type conservator extends the oil's lifespan, maintaining electric strength under vacuum conditions.
5. Protection System
Safety and reliability are paramount with our integrated Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system, pressure relief valve with contacts, and oil indicators with contacts and vacuum relays, all strategically placed to monitor and convert signals for optimal performance. Pollution-retardant porcelain oil-type HV and LV bushings extend insulation space, making them suitable for high-pollution environments.
