The CEEG 220kV oil-filled power transformer is designed to serve urban power grids, power stations, and large-scale industrial enterprises. Distinguished by its high overload capacity, absence of partial discharge, low noise, and robust short circuit resistance, it significantly enhances power supply stability. Through our specialized design, we have achieved a 20% reduction in no-load loss, a 5% reduction in load loss, and a 3-5 dB decrease in noise levels compared to national standards. Available models include S11, S18, S20, SS20, SSZ20, SSZ22, OSSZ20, among others.
We proudly offer three-phase, three-winding 180,000kVA/220kV liquid-filled transformers for multiple power stations, featuring the following exceptional attributes:
1. No Partial Discharge : The actual measured partial discharge is less than 50pC, which is significantly lower than the background noise.
2. High Efficiency and Low Loss : Our innovative core and coil design, combined with advanced leakage magnetic flux control technology, effectively minimizes additional and stray losses.
3. Low Noise : The actual measured noise level is below 60dB, surpassing national standards.
4. Intelligent Design : Engineered to meet the demanding operational requirements of intelligent substations.
5. Maintenance-Free Design : Featuring comprehensive design elements such as air self-cooling methods, fiberglass dry-type bushings, and metal corrugated internal oil-type conservators, this transformer is free from routine on-site maintenance, ideal for unattended substations.
6. Compact Structure Design : Utilizing the advanced 220kV end inlet method, it boasts a compact overall structure that facilitates easier transportation and on-site installation.
7. Strong Short Circuit Resistance : Employing foreign short-circuit mechanical force verification procedures, we ensure that all assembly stages of the transformer body meet stringent design requirements.
8. Over 40-Year Design Life : Featuring a unique high-temperature-resistant hybrid insulation system based on temperature field simulation analysis, ensuring all components have the same design life as the transformer itself.
9. Passes All Routine and Type Tests at Once : The transformer achieves advanced domestic performance levels, passing all routine and type tests on the first attempt.
