Introduction: Discover the cutting-edge Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer, where innovation meets oceanic efficiency. Engineered for excellence, this transformer is tailored for the demanding marine environment.
Our transformers come with superior insulation classes: B, F, and H, offering unparalleled safety and efficiency. The low-voltage transformers, operating below 1kV, support capacities up to a robust 8000kVA, while our medium-voltage transformers, perfect for vessels and offshore platforms (below 10kV), also boast up to 8000kVA capacity. We specialize in designing bespoke solutions, fully certified by esteemed classification societies such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and more.
Unveiling the Structural Features of Our Advanced Product
Crafted with precision, the core utilizes premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a precise 45° angle for enhanced performance.
Our transformers boast NOMEX paper insulation materials in Classes B, F, or H, ensuring an impressive service life exceeding 30 years.
Exceptional Resistance: Engineered for longevity, the iron core is specially coated with resin to combat moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust.
Experience low operational losses, minimal partial discharge, strong overload handling, and reduced noise. We use high-grade, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets (0.18-0.3mm thick) for the core, paired with a through-bolt structure to minimize noise efficiently.
Designed for Safety: The marine transformer coil features a non-closure design, while the ocean platform variant offers enhanced flame retardation via stuffing epoxy resin casting.
Durable and Protective: Constructed from high-quality steel sheets, the transformer case offers multiple protection classes: IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, ensuring reliability in harsh environments.
Innovative Wiring: The transformer features a strategically placed stuffing box for convenient wiring. For capacities 500 kVA and above, the bottom in/bottom out wiring style is employed. The cable holes at the base come with scratch-proof and fixation devices for added security.
Optimal Application Conditions
Our transformers are engineered to perform seamlessly under the following operational conditions:
Ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 45°C.
Maintains functionality even at relative humidity levels of up to 95%.
Built to withstand the vibrations and shocks common in marine installations.
Capable of handling swing angles up to 22.5° and inclining angles up to 15°.
Resilient to dew, oil mist, salt mist, and mold exposure, ensuring longevity and reliability.
