1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Leveraging cutting-edge computer software to meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage conditions, our transformers ensure precise distribution of electric field gradients. This rigorous analysis guarantees the winding structure's ability to withstand high voltage impulses. Insulation structures are meticulously calculated and optimized to assure safe operation. Further, magnetic leakage and temperature fields are evaluated to meet stringent design demands. The lamination design is refined to curtail magnetic distortion, thus augmenting no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Constructed with premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, the iron core is precision-cut by specialized shearing machines, resulting in minimal burrs. Our innovative multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints techniques significantly diminish no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The core's clamping device utilizes a robust board structure, ensuring exceptional mechanical integrity. Fastening nails are meticulously applied to secure adequate pressure on the transformer axis padding block.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings reduce load loss
The inner coil is expertly wound directly onto the insulation barrel, with chamfering spacers and padding blocks evenly distributing the electric field to bolster stability. Utilizing BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly assures precise axial location of the windings, enhancing axial strength.
4. Tank
The construction of the tank features wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams on the flat roof while exhibiting a folded plate design, resulting in a sleek and sturdy appearance. This design has passed rigorous positive pressure and vacuum testing. Advanced welding technology and groove-type flanges ensure the tank and pipes are capable of long-term, leak-free operation. A sophisticated radiation system with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers elevates heat dissipation, increasing efficiency and reducing radiating plates. The capsule-type conservator effectively delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, bolstering electric strength.
5. Protection System
The state-of-the-art Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system integrates seamlessly with the transformer body. A pressure relief valve with contacts sits atop the tank, complemented by oil indicators and vacuum relays within the conservator. The tank also features an oil pressure indicator with contacts, all geared for seamless signal conversion and transfer. HV and LV bushings, crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil, extend insulation space and are ideal for high-pollution environments. The elegant design is enhanced with stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases.
