Introduction of Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Our advanced transformers are crafted to meet the highest standards with insulation classes B, F, and H. For low-voltage usage (below 1kV), our transformers boast an impressive capacity of up to 8000kVA. For medium-voltage applications, such as vessel, ship, or offshore platforms (below 10kV), the capacity remains at a robust 8000kVA. Tailored to fit your specific needs, we can design and produce versatile solutions, complete with certifications from esteemed classification bodies such as CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, and RINA, ensuring reliability and top-notch quality.
The Structural Features of the Product
Crafted with excellence, the core material of our transformers comprises premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously laminated at a precise 45° diagonal angle for superior performance.
Utilizing high-grade insulation materials like Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, our transformers are designed for longevity, offering an impressive service life exceeding 30 years.
Engineered for durability, our transformers resist moisture, salt spray, mold, and rust, thanks to a specialized resin coating on the iron core that ensures lasting protection.
Experience efficiency with our transformers that feature low losses, minimal partial discharge, strong overload capacity, and reduced noise levels. Constructed using 0.18-0.3mm thick, highly permeable, high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, these transformers deliver exceptional performance while minimizing energy loss. The through-bolt structure is an innovation that significantly reduces noise, enhancing your operational environment.
Our marine transformers utilize a non-closure coil structure, while their ocean platform counterparts are enhanced with flame-retardant epoxy resin casting, ensuring superior safety and reliability.
Designed for resilience, the transformer casing is manufactured from high-quality steel sheets, available in various protection classes-IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23-offering versatile solutions for diverse environments.
The transformer's innovative design includes a strategically placed stuffing box on either the left or right of the top case. For capacities of 500 kVA and above, the wiring adopts a bottom-in/bottom-out style, complemented by cable holes at the base with secure wire scratch-proof and fixation devices, ensuring both functionality and safety.
Application Conditions
Our superior products are engineered to operate seamlessly under the following conditions:
Withstand ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 45°C, ensuring adaptability and reliability in diverse climates.
Function effectively with relative humidity levels up to 95%, showcasing robust performance in humid environments.
Built to endure vibration and shock, our transformers maintain performance integrity even in dynamic installation sites.
Adaptability to swing angles up to 22.5° and inclining angles up to 15°, offering stability in varying conditions.
Resilient against dew, oil mist, salt mist, and mold, our transformers are designed to operate effectively in challenging conditions.
