Harmonic Filtering: Leveraging cutting-edge 24-pulse rectification technology, it minimizes harmonics, ensuring a balanced array of key technical parameters and significantly reducing non-characteristic harmonics.
Advanced Temperature Control: Equipped with an embedded PT thermistor to monitor and control the transformer's temperature. This includes over-temperature alarms, trip features, audio-visual alerts, fan activation, fan overload protection, and even a computer interface for seamless integration.
Low Loss and Low Noise: Engineered with a 45°C full-stepped joint iron core that is specially resin-coated to drastically cut down on no-load loss, no-load current, and operational noise.
High Insulation: Incorporates F-class insulation materials, ensuring partial discharge levels do not exceed 5pC for optimal performance.
Moisture and Rust Resistance: Features longitudinal airway foil structure low-voltage coils and epoxy resin coating for outstanding moisture and rust resistance.
