Since 1999, China Electric Equipment (Jiangsu) Transformer Manufacture Co., Ltd. (CEEG) has proudly collaborated with DuPont. As pioneers in China, we were the first to embrace DuPont Nomex paper as an insulation material, revolutionizing the construction of open-ventilated dry-type transformers.
Designed for environments with stringent fire safety requirements, our Vpi Transformer thrives in demanding conditions such as high rating fluctuations, dirt, and moisture. Ideal for airports, subways, power plants, mining industries, hospitals, high-rise buildings, bustling shopping centers, crowded public areas, oil sectors, and nuclear power facilities.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer is a masterpiece of engineering, offering exceptional overload capacity, robust high-temperature resistance, and unmatched safety and reliability. Its fire-retardant and moisture-resistant properties, coupled with eco-friendliness, low noise, effortless maintenance, negligible partial discharge, and crack-free performance, set it apart.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Pioneering innovation since 1999, CEEG introduced DuPont Nomex® Paper to China as an insulation material for non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. Nomex® Paper ensures a high insulation grade of class H or C, with meticulously wrapped windings that withstand short-circuit impacts, maintaining integrity and performance over the years.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Meticulously crafted with high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets or premium amorphous alloy strips, the core's three-phase structure is robustly fastened with 45-degree lap joints and 7-step seams. Insulated tape protects it from windings, while moisture and rust-resistant resin shield its surface. This design markedly minimizes no-load loss, current, and noise, with amorphous models boosting energy efficiency by reducing no-load loss by 60%.
3. HV & LV Coils
Our advanced high-voltage winding structure ensures superior mechanical strength and radiation capability, with excellent damp-proof properties and heat shock resistance. Partially discharging less than 5PC, it allows for lifecycle recovery. The low-voltage foil, laminated with F-grade DMD, is epoxy resin-soaked and cured using VPI technology to guarantee void-free insulation, complemented by high-current taps.
4. Additional Features
Flexible voltage options on both primary and secondary sides tailored to customer needs.
Built-in fans enhance emergency overload capacity for critical scenarios.
Self-extinguishing materials deliver superior fire resistance compared to oil-insulated units.
Engineered to handle harmonic loads with ease.
Core loop testing transformer technology for turbo generator sets.
Reduced weight and low energy content in the event of fire, plus outstanding heat wave resistance make it an ideal choice.
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers proudly hold KEMA's E2, C2, and F1 certifications in Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behavior classes. We stand among the early leaders in China's dry-type transformer industry to achieve KEMA certification.
