The 35kV series oil-immersed distribution transformers from China Electric Equipment (Jiangsu) Transformer Manufacture Co., Ltd. (CEEG) exhibit exceptional attributes such as low loss, minimal noise, reduced temperature rise, high reliability, core-hanging free design, and no oil leakage. Utilizing advanced design software, we perform comprehensive electromagnetic calculations and analyze the transformer's main and longitudinal insulation, impulse voltage gradient distribution, end electric field distribution, and both short-circuit thermal and dynamic stability. These meticulous calculations ensure a robust design margin, guaranteeing the safe and reliable operation of our transformers.

Product Characteristics

  1. The transformer integrates state-of-the-art core seven-stage temperature control technology;
  2. Utilizing a mixed insulation system and premium quality components, our transformers are designed to deliver a 30-year lifespan.
  3. Low Noise: Our transformers operate 3 to 5 decibels quieter than the national standard;
  4. No Leakage: All seals are crafted from acrylic one-time molded parts, and we employ rigorous fluorescent, positive pressure, and negative pressure leak testing;
  5. High Reliability: Equipped with an oil level thermometer and a pressure relief valve with a contact on the oil tank top, our transformers feature an oil level indicator with a contact for the oil storage tank. The high and low pressure bushings are made from anti-fouling reinforced pure porcelain oil bushing, suitable for heavy pollution environments.
  6. High-Quality Insulating Support: Inside the coil, a high-quality insulating skeleton enhances reliability. All coils use internal and external braces, with all braces and pads chamfered for uniform electric field distribution. Self-locking lock nuts on all coil axis fasteners ensure stability during long-distance transportation, preventing loosening and eliminating core-hanging issues.
