Product Features
Unmatched Production Performance: The framework is enhanced with a special protective paint layer, and its internal design is fortified with safeguards to prevent:
the incorrect operation of circuit breakers.
the switching of isolators under load.
the connection (closing) of grounding wires (grounding switches) while energized.
the closing of circuit breakers with grounding wires (grounding switches) in place.
accidental access into live compartments.
Incorporates BIOSCO technology with a modular structure, offering effortless installation and operation.
Constructed with welded structural steel, it provides robust mechanical strength and a finely treated surface, ensuring exceptional weather resistance.
State-of-the-Art Environmental Control: The transformer and low-voltage rooms are outfitted with automatic temperature control mechanisms, guaranteeing optimal temperature management and effective ventilation.
The superior insulation layer mitigates condensation risks from abrupt temperature shifts, with provisions for additional insulation layers around the enclosure.
Intelligent Operations: Boasts smart operation and maintenance capabilities, featuring advanced data collection and analysis for both HV & LV switchgear and the transformer.
Design and Customization: Showcases an appealing design, fully customizable with a plethora of options. The internal structure is available in 'H' and 'T' configurations, offering choices between corridor and non-corridor layouts.
Enclosure Structure
High Voltage Chamber:
The core high voltage chamber houses an advanced high-voltage ring main unit, with switches supporting sulfur hexafluoride load switches and vacuum circuit breakers. This high-voltage cabinet is engineered to safeguard the transformer against short circuits, overloads, and a multitude of other potential disruptions.
Transformer Chamber:
The three-phase transformer chamber is designed to accommodate both dry-type and liquid (oil) immersed transformers, equipped with an advanced ventilation system featuring customizable temperature settings. Safety is paramount with live space barriers installed to prevent accidental contact during observation.
Low Voltage Chamber:
The secondary low voltage chamber offers versatile assembly options, with or without a corridor, and can host metering cabinets, main incoming cabinets, outgoing cabinets, capacitor cabinets, and interlocking cabinets (for dual transformers). This ensures comprehensive functionality for low-voltage switchgear, with capacitive reactive power compensation typically ranging from 15% to 30% of the transformer capacity.
Operating Environment
Ambient Temperature: Designed to operate efficiently from -25°C to 40°C.
Altitude: Performance assured at elevations not exceeding 1000 meters.
Relative Humidity: Capable of handling up to 90% relative humidity at 25°C, with short-term tolerance for peaks reaching 100%.
Installation Conditions: Ideally suited for environments free from fire hazards, explosions, chemical corrosion, or severe vibrations.
