Since 1999, CEEG has proudly collaborated with DuPont, marking a pioneering milestone as the first Chinese company to use DuPont Nomex paper as insulation material for crafting open-ventilated dry-type transformers. This partnership underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence.
This versatile product is expertly crafted to thrive under stringent conditions demanding superior fireproofing, exceptional ratings against voltage surges, and resilience to dirtiness and moisture. Ideal for critical and high-demand environments such as airports, subways, power plants, mining industries, hospitals, skyscrapers, shopping centers, densely populated areas, oil industries, and nuclear power plants.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer is engineered for excellence, offering robust overload capacity, outstanding high-temperature resistance, and unparalleled safety and reliability. It is fire retardant, moisture-resistant, eco-friendly, operates with low noise, requires minimal maintenance, ensures low partial discharge, and promises crack-free performance.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Since 1999, CEEG's strategic partnership with DuPont has made it the first in China to leverage DuPont Nomex® Paper as insulation material for non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This paper bestows a high-class H or C insulation grade. The tightly wrapped windings exhibit remarkable structural integrity, withstanding short-circuit impacts even after prolonged use.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Our three-phase transformer cores are meticulously crafted from high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, lap-jointed at 45 degrees with 7 precision-stepping seams, or from superior amorphous alloy strips. Encased in insulated tape to separate it from the windings, with moisture and rust-resistant resin coatings, this design significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The amorphous alloy core model further enhances energy efficiency by cutting no-load loss by 60%.
3. HV & LV Coils
The high-voltage winding features a continuous structure, delivering superior mechanical strength and excellent radiation capability. It excels in damp-proof performance and heat shock resistance, with a partial discharge of less than 5PC. Post-service life, the winding is fully recoverable. Utilizing F-grade DMD lamination for low voltage foil, presoaked in epoxy resin for seamless layer insulation, the VPI (vacuum pressure impregnating) process ensures a void-free finish. High current taps on the low voltage winding are available.
4. Additional Features
Offering multiple voltage options on both primary and secondary sides to meet diverse customer requirements.
Equipped with fans to enhance the emergency overload capacity.
Boasting self-extinguishing properties, these transformers present a superior fire resistance compared to oil-based alternatives.
Optimized for harmonic loading, ensuring stable performance under varying conditions.
Integrates core loop testing transformers specifically designed for turbo generator sets.
Low energy content and reduced weight significantly enhance safety in the event of a fire, while maintaining exceptional resistance to heat waves.
Certification
CEEG dry-type transformers proudly carry KEMA E2, C2, and F1 certifications for Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behavior classes. As pioneers in China, we were among the first to achieve KEMA certification for dry-type transformers.
