Since 1999, CEEG has proudly collaborated with DuPont, marking a pioneering achievement as the first Chinese company to utilize DuPont Nomex paper for insulation in crafting open-ventilated dry-type transformers. This partnership underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence in transformer technology.
This exceptional product is designed to thrive in environments with stringent fireproofing requirements, substantial rating fluctuations, and challenges like dirt and moisture. Ideal for locations such as airports, subways, power plants, mining industries, hospitals, high-rise buildings, bustling shopping centers, crowded urban areas, oil industries, and nuclear power plants, it offers unparalleled reliability and performance.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated transformer stands out with its robust overload capacity and outstanding high-temperature resistance. Prioritizing safety and reliability, it features fire retardancy and moisture resistance. Environmentally friendly and producing low noise, it requires minimal maintenance. With low partial discharge and a crack-free design, it ensures long-term efficiency.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Forming strategic ties with DuPont in 1999, CEEG led the way in China by incorporating DuPont Nomex® Paper for insulation in non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. Renowned for its superior insulation, Nomex® Paper delivers a high insulation grade of class H or C, ensuring that tightly wound structures resist short-circuit impacts even after years of use.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
The transformer core, crafted from high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with precise 45-degree lap joints and 7-step seams, or from high-quality amorphous alloy strips, is secured with insulated tape. Featuring a special square tube and draw plates, it is covered with moisture and rust-resistant resin. This design significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise, with amorphous alloy cores cutting no-load loss by 60% and enhancing energy efficiency.
3. HV & LV Coils
The high-voltage winding of continuous structure ensures superior mechanical strength and effective radiation capability. Remarkably damp-proof, it withstands heat shocks and maintains partial discharge below 5PC. After its service life, the winding can be restored. The F-grade DMD lamination low voltage foil undergoes epoxy resin soaking and a VPI process, followed by curing at high temperatures, guaranteeing void-free insulation. High current taps are available on the low voltage winding.
4. Additional Features
Flexibility with multiple voltage options on both primary and secondary sides to meet diverse customer needs.
Incorporating fans enhances emergency overload capacity, ensuring operational resilience.
The self-extinguishing capability offers superior fire resistance compared to oil-based solutions.
Engineered to handle harmonic loading with ease.
Designed for core loop testing in turbo generator sets for optimal performance.
In the event of a fire, the transformer's low energy content and reduced weight provide exceptional heat wave resistance.
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers are certified with KEMA E2, C2, and F1 for Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behaviour classes. As one of the earliest manufacturers in China to pass the KEMA test, we continue to lead in quality and safety standards.
