1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Harnessing the power of advanced computer simulations, our design meticulously analyzes the electric field gradients of the windings under high voltage. This precision ensures that the winding structure robustly withstands impulse events. The transformer's superior insulation structure, meticulously calculated and crafted, guarantees safe operations. Our optimization of the lamination design minimizes magnetic distortion and elevates no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron cores, constructed from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel, are expertly cut to minimize burrs. The innovative use of multi-step, 45° all-leaning joints efficiently reduces no-load loss, current, and noise. The robust board structure of the core clamping device ensures high mechanical strength, while secured fasten nails provide optimal axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings for reduced load loss
Within, the inner coil is expertly wound on the insulation barrel, incorporating chamfering spacers and padding blocks to evenly distribute the electric field and bolster stability. Additionally, the BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment is utilized during assembly to ensure precise axial alignment and fortify axial strength.
4. Tank
Featuring wide-width steel plates, our tanks minimize welding seams for a sleek appearance and exceptional mechanical durability, complying with both standard pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding technology and groove-type flanges are employed to ensure long-lasting, leak-free performance. The innovative wide plate radiation system, complete with robust low-noise blowers, enhances heat dissipation and efficiency. Directly mountable on the transformer, the capsule-type conservator significantly retards oil aging under vacuum, bolstering electrical strength.
5. Protection System
Our transformers integrate Pt100 thermal resistors for precise temperature control. Equipped with a pressure relief valve, oil and vacuum indicators, and relays for efficient signal conversion, this system provides comprehensive protection. The pollution-retardant porcelain oil-type bushings extend insulation space for challenging environments. With stainless steel padding plates and a terminal case, the system also exudes elegance, ensuring it meets demanding pollution conditions with ease.
