1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
With cutting-edge computer software, we meticulously analyze the winding electric field under high voltage, ensuring precise distribution for robust, impulse-resilient winding structures. The scientifically engineered insulation enhances operational safety, while our magnetic leakage and temperature field analysis guarantees superior field performance. Our optimized lamination design significantly minimizes magnetic distortion, elevating the no-load performance.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets and precision-cut for minimal burrs, our iron cores excel in reducing no-load loss, current, and noise. The innovative multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints contribute to mechanical robustness, while strategically placed fastening nails provide ample pressure on the transformer axis padding blocks.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reducing load loss
Our inner coils, wound directly on insulation barrels with expertly chamfered spacers and padding blocks, ensure uniform electric fields and increased stability. Utilizing the advanced BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment, we achieve precise axial location and strength reinforcement of the windings.
4. Tank
Adopting wide-width steel plates minimizes welding seams, presenting a tank with refined aesthetics and superior strength, proven in positive pressure and vacuum tests. Our special welding techniques, alongside groove type flanges, assure leak-proof longevity. The wide plate radiation system with robust, low-noise blowers optimizes heat dissipation, enhancing efficiency and preventing leaks. This system seamlessly integrates with the transformer, while the capsule-type conservator prolongs the oil's electric strength under vacuum-conditioned aging.
5. Protection System
The Pt100 thermal resistors temperature control system is a staple within our transformers, complemented by a top-mounted pressure relief valve with contacts. Equipped with an oil indicator and vacuum relays, our conservator boasts an oil pressure indicator with contacts in the tank. This sophisticated system facilitates seamless signal conversion and transfer. Both high and low voltage bushings feature pollution-retardant porcelain oil types for extended insulation in high pollution scenarios. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases enhance the transformer's elegant appearance.
