1. Scientific and advanced design scheme

2. Iron Cores
Constructed from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, our iron cores are precision-cut for minimal burrs, reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The robust core clamping device, featuring a board structure, ensures high mechanical intensity, while fasten nails maintain optimal transformer axis padding block pressure.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
By directly winding the inner coil on the insulation barrel with chamfering spacers and padding blocks, we achieve uniform electric field distribution and heightened stability. The BDK-80M synchronized lifting equipment enhances the precision of axial winding placement and strengthens axial resilience.
4. Tank
Designed with wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, our tanks boast a sleek yet robust folded plate construction. Proven in positive pressure and vacuum tests, they feature innovative welding technology and groove-type flanges for long-lasting, leak-free performance. The wide plate radiation system, complete with low-noise blowers, enhances efficiency and safeguards against leakage, while the capsule-type conservator prolongs oil life and electric strength.
5. Protection System
Our transformers are equipped with Pt100 thermal resistors for precise temperature control, a top-mounted pressure relief valve with contacts, and strategically placed oil and vacuum indicators for effective signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases ensure an elegant appearance and robust protection.
