Introduction to Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer
Our company proudly presents the Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer, a state-of-the-art, dry self-cooled (air-cooled) unit. This high-performance transformer serves as an impeccable isolation device for power motive and lighting circuits within power networks, ensuring seamless and reliable energy transmission.
Manufactured to the highest standards, our Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformer boasts an insulation class of B, F, H, and operates at frequencies of 50 Hz or 60 Hz. For marine transformers, it offers capacities up to 500 kVA and voltages up to 1 kV. Meanwhile, our ocean platform transformers can handle capacities up to 2500 kVA and voltages up to 10 kV, ensuring robust performance even in the most demanding maritime conditions.
Backed by a formidable technical team, China Electric Equipment (Jiangsu) Transformer Manufacture Co., Ltd. is equipped to design and produce a vast array of custom transformer sizes tailored to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Structural Features of the Product
Crafted from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core material is meticulously laminated at a precise 45° diagonal angle to ensure optimal performance, efficiently reducing energy losses.
Utilizing Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper for insulation, our transformers are designed for longevity, boasting a remarkable service life exceeding 30 years, securing your investment for decades to come.
The marine transformer coils feature a non-closure structure, while the ocean platform transformer coils are encased in epoxy resin for exceptional flame retardation, ensuring safety and reliability in all environments.
Constructed with high-quality steel sheets, the transformer casing offers multiple protection classes, including IP00, IP20, IP22, and IP23, to meet diverse operational needs and withstand harsh environmental conditions.
A strategically placed stuffing box on either the left or right top of the case, combined with bottom in/bottom out wiring for units of 500 kVA and above, ensures ease of installation. Additionally, cable holes with scratch-proof and fixation devices are provided at the transformer base to facilitate easy and secure connections.
Application Conditions
Our transformers are engineered to operate reliably under the following conditions, ensuring unmatched performance:
Ambient temperature: -25°C to 45°C;
Relative humidity: ≤95%
Able to withstand vibration and shock at the installation site;
Swing angle ≤22.5°, inclining angle ≤15°;
Resilient to dew, oil mist, salt mist, and mold exposure, providing durable and dependable service.
