This precision engineering guarantees that our winding structure withstands high voltage impulses with ease. Our innovative insulation structure, derived from scientific analysis and calculations, ensures safe and reliable operation. Furthermore, by optimizing the lamination design, we minimize magnetic distortion in the gap, boosting no-load performance and aligning field performance with design demands.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron core is crafted from high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precision-cut by a specialized shearing machine to achieve minimal burrs. The use of multi-stepped and 45° all-leaning joints significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and noise levels. The robust board structure of the core clamping device ensures exceptional mechanical strength, while fasten nails deliver optimal transformer axis padding block pressure, ensuring durability and performance.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce the load loss
Our inner coil is expertly wound directly on the insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to distribute the electric field uniformly and enhance stability. The use of BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment during assembly ensures precise axial location of the windings, thereby reinforcing axial strength and reducing load loss.
4. Tank
Utilizing wide-width steel plates minimizes welding seams on the flat roof of our folded plate type tank, resulting in a sleek and sophisticated appearance with superior mechanical strength. Our tanks have passed rigorous standard positive pressure and vacuum tests. Special welding technology and groove-type flange guarantee long-lasting, leak-free operation. With a wide plate radiation system and heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, we enhance heat dissipation efficiency, reduce radiating plates, and prevent leakage. The tank integrates seamlessly with the transformer, while the capsule-type conservator slows oil aging under vacuum conditions, reinforcing electrical strength.
5. Protection System
Our protection system is outfitted with Pt100 thermal resistors for precise temperature control. A pressure relief valve with contacts, an oil indicator with contacts, and vacuum relays are expertly installed on the conservator, while the oil pressure indicator with contacts is seamlessly housed within the tank. These components facilitate efficient signal conversion and transfer. Our HV and LV bushings, crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, are designed to extend insulation space and perform exceptionally in high pollution environments. The use of stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases adds a touch of elegance and durability to the overall design.
