1. Scientific and advanced design scheme

By accurately calculating winding electric field gradients, we ensure that the structure is robust against high voltage impulses. The transformer's insulation structure is adeptly optimized to ensure safe and reliable operation. Through precision in analyzing magnetic leakage and temperature fields, we guarantee that field performance aligns with design expectations. We also optimize lamination design to reduce magnetic distortion in gaps, thereby enhancing no-load performance to new heights.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron core stands out, crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, precisely cut with a specialized shearing machine to minimize burrs. Featuring multi-steps and 45° all-leaning joints, these cores efficiently reduce no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The robust core clamping device with a board structure provides high mechanical intensity, while fastening nails ensure adequate transformer axis padding block pressure, reinforcing their strength and durability.
3. High purity oxygen free cooper windings, reduce the load loss
Our windings are crafted from high-purity oxygen-free copper, expertly wound directly onto an insulation barrel. By employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks, we achieve an even electric field distribution, enhancing stability. The BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment used during assembly ensures the precise axial location of the windings, further bolstering axial strength. This meticulous attention to detail significantly reduces load loss and elevates performance.
4. Tank
Our transformer tanks feature wide-width steel plates to minimize welding seams, lending a sleek yet robust appearance. The folded plate-type tank excels in both mechanical strength and aesthetic appeal, passing rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding technology and groove-type flange design ensure long-lasting, leak-free performance. The wide plate radiation system, complemented by durable, low-noise blowers, enhances heat dissipation efficiency. The capsule-type conservator effectively extends the lifespan of the embedded oil, maintaining electric strength under vacuum conditions.
5. Protection System
Our protection system is comprehensive, with Pt100 thermal resistors for precise temperature control embedded throughout the transformer body. The top-mounted pressure relief valve with contacts, oil indicator, vacuum relays, and oil pressure indicators all contribute to seamless signal conversion and transfer. Constructed from pollution-retardant porcelain, both HV and LV bushings extend insulation space, ensuring reliable operation even in high-pollution environments. Stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases add an elegant touch to the overall design, merging functionality with style.
