Introduction to Marine (Ocean Platform) Transformers: Unveil the power behind offshore operations with our highly efficient 0.4kV Secondary Voltage Marine Transformer. Designed specifically for the rigorous demands of marine and ocean platform environments, this transformer epitomizes engineering excellence and reliability.
Insulation classes available are B, F, and H, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to diverse marine environments. Our low-voltage transformers, with a voltage level below 1kV, boast capacities up to an impressive 8000kVA. Similarly, our medium-voltage transformers for vessels and offshore platforms, with voltage levels below 10kV, also reach up to 8000kVA. We pride ourselves on our ability to design and produce transformers tailored to your specific needs, backed by certifications from major classification societies including CCS, ABS, BV, DNVGL, LR, KR, NK, RINA, and more.
The Structural Features of the Product: Our transformers are crafted with precision, ensuring durability and exceptional performance in challenging conditions.
The core material, a premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, is meticulously laminated at a full 45° diagonal angle, enhancing efficiency and performance.
Our insulation materials, comprising Class B, F, or H NOMEX paper, ensure the transformer boasts a service life extending beyond 30 years, offering unparalleled longevity.
Unmatched Moisture, Salt Spray, Mold, and Rust Resistance: The iron core's surface is protected with a high-grade special resin, fortifying the transformer against environmental challenges.
Experience Low Losses and Minimal Partial Discharge: Our transformers feature a robust overload capacity and operate with minimal noise. Constructed from 0.18-0.3mm thick, high-quality, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, they effectively minimize loss. The through-bolt structure significantly reduces operational noise, ensuring a quieter environment.
For marine transformers, the coil is crafted with a non-closure structure, while the ocean platform transformer employs a cast stuffing epoxy resin, providing superior flame retardant properties.
Constructed with high-grade steel, the transformer's case offers a protection class ranging from IP00 to IP23, ensuring safety and durability.
Ingenious Design Features: The stuffing box is strategically placed on the left or right at the top of the transformer case. For transformers with a capacity of 500 kVA and above, the wiring style is bottom in/bottom out, with cable holes on the base equipped with wire scratch-proof and fixation devices, safeguarding connectors and enhancing stability.
Application Conditions: Ensuring peak performance under diverse environmental conditions.
Our products operate seamlessly within the following parameters:
Ambient temperature ranges from -25°C to 45°C, ensuring adaptability to various climates.
Relative humidity is maintained at or below 95%, supporting functionality in humid environments.
Built to withstand vibration and shock from installation sites, ensuring resilience and stability.
Designed to endure a swing angle of up to 22.5° and an inclining angle of up to 15°, providing unmatched operational flexibility.
Protected against dew, oil mist, salt mist, and molds, ensuring durability and longevity.
