1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Harnessing the power of state-of-the-art computer software, we meticulously analyze the winding electric fields under high voltage conditions to precisely determine the electric field gradient distribution. This ensures that the structure of our windings can withstand high voltage impulses with ease. We delve deep into insulation structure analysis with precision calculation to guarantee the safest operation. Furthermore, by scrutinizing magnetic leakage and temperature fields, we align field performance with design demands. Our lamination design is optimized to minimize magnetic distortion in gaps, elevating no-load performance to new heights.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted from premium-grade grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, our iron cores are precision-cut with special shearing machines to minimize burrs. By employing multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints, we significantly reduce no-load loss, current, and noise. The high mechanical intensity is ensured by a robust board structure core clamping device. Our fastening nails provide the necessary axial pressure, securing the transformer with unwavering stability.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings reduce load loss
Ingeniously, the inner coil is wound directly onto the insulation barrel, complemented by chamfering spacers and padding blocks for uniform electric field distribution and enhanced stability. The BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment plays a pivotal role during assembly, maintaining precise axial positioning of the windings and reinforcing axial strength.
4. Tank
Our tanks are engineered with wide-width steel plates to diminish welding seams, delivering a sleek and sophisticated appearance. The folded plate type tank boasts remarkable mechanical strength, passing rigorous positive pressure and vacuum tests with flying colors. Special welding technology and groove-type flanges guarantee leak-free durability over time. The wide plate radiation system, equipped with heavy-duty, low-noise blowers, elevates heat dissipation efficiency and minimizes the need for radiating plates, preventing leakage. The tank can be directly mounted on the transformer, and the capsule-type conservator delays oil aging under vacuum conditions, boosting electric strength remarkably.
5. Protection System
Our comprehensive protection system includes Pt100 thermal resistors for temperature control, a pressure relief valve with contacts atop the tank, oil indicators with contact and vacuum relays on the conservator, and an oil pressure indicator with contacts inside the tank. These components seamlessly convert and transfer signals. Both HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, optimizing insulation space for high-pollution conditions. With stainless steel padding plates and terminal cases, we ensure a stunning, elegant appearance while delivering unmatched functionality.
