Our expert lamination design optimization minimizes magnetic distortion in gaps and enhances no-load performance, paving the way for superior operational excellence.
2. Iron Cores
Crafted with precision, our iron core features premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, masterfully cut using a specialized shearing machine to achieve minimal burr. The strategic application of multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints remarkably lowers no-load loss, current, and noise. The core clamping device's board structure ensures exceptional mechanical strength, while fasten nails guarantee the necessary pressure on the transformer's axial padding blocks.
3. High purity oxygen-free copper windings, reduce load loss
Our inner coil is expertly wound directly on the insulation barrel, employing chamfering spacers and padding blocks to meticulously uniform the electric field and bolster stability. The assembly benefits from the BDK-80M synchronized lifting-up equipment, ensuring precise axial location of the windings while reinforcing their axial strength, thus minimizing load loss and optimizing performance.
4. Tank
The tank's design is a masterpiece of engineering, crafted from wide-width steel plates to reduce welding seams on the flat roof and folded plate type tank. It boasts a sleek and refined appearance coupled with superior mechanical strength, having passed rigorous positive pressure and vacuum testing. Our specialized welding technology and groove-type flange guarantee the tank and its pipes are robust, durable, and leak-proof over prolonged periods. The wide plate radiation system, complemented by heavy-duty low-noise blowers, elevates the heat dissipation center, enhances efficiency, reduces radiating plates, and prevents leakage. This system is designed to be directly mounted on the transformer. The capsule-type conservator effectively extends the lifespan of the oil implanted in under vacuum conditions, reinforcing electric strength for prolonged reliability.
5. Protection System
Our advanced protection system integrates Pt100 thermal resistors for precise temperature control within the transformer body. A pressure relief valve with contact features crowns the tank, while an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays adorns the conservator. Additionally, an oil pressure indicator with contacts is strategically placed in the tank for efficient signal conversion and transfer. Both HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types, extending insulation space and enabling usage in high pollution conditions. The padding plates and terminal case are elegantly fashioned from stainless steel, ensuring not only functional prowess but also an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
