1. Scientific and advanced design scheme
Utilizing cutting-edge computer software, our design meticulously analyzes the electric field distribution within the winding under high voltage. This ensures that the winding structure is robust enough to withstand high-voltage impulses. The transformer's insulation structure is scrutinized and crafted scientifically to guarantee safe operation. Furthermore, we optimize the magnetic and thermal performance to align perfectly with design specifications, thus enhancing no-load performance by minimizing magnetic distortion.
2. Iron Cores
Our iron core is crafted from premium grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon-steel sheets, meticulously cut with precision shearing equipment to ensure minimal burrs. This sophisticated design employs multi-step and 45° all-leaning joints to dramatically reduce no-load losses, current, and noise. The core's mechanical intensity is augmented by a strong clamping device, ensuring sustained structural integrity.
3. High purity oxygen free copper windings, reduce the load loss
The inner coil is expertly wound on an insulation barrel with chamfered spacers and padding blocks for uniform electric field distribution and enhanced stability. With the use of BDK-80M synchronized lifting equipment, the windings' axial positioning is precise, bolstering the axial strength significantly.
4. Tank
The tank is constructed from broad-width steel plates, minimizing welding seams for a sleek, robust design that passes both positive pressure and vacuum tests. Advanced welding techniques and groove-type flanges ensure long-term durability without leakage. The wide-plate radiation system, equipped with high-capacity, low-noise blowers, maximizes heat dispersion efficiency. The innovative capsule-type conservator prolongs the life of the transformer oil, maintaining electrical strength in a vacuum-sealed environment.
5. Protection System
This transformer features a sophisticated protection system, incorporating Pt100 thermal resistors for precise temperature control. A pressure relief valve with contacts is installed at the tank's apex. The conservator includes both an oil indicator with contact and vacuum relays, while the oil pressure indicator with contacts is integrated into the tank. Designed for high pollution environments, the HV and LV bushings are crafted from pollution-retardant porcelain oil types to extend insulation life. The padding plates and terminal case are crafted from stainless steel, providing an elegant and durable finish.
