Since 1999, CEEG has proudly collaborated with DuPont, marking a historic milestone as the first Chinese company to incorporate DuPont Nomex paper for insulation in the design of open-ventilated dry-type transformers, setting a new industry standard.
Our product is meticulously engineered for environments demanding stringent fireproofing, exceptional tolerance for power fluctuations, and resilience against dirt and moisture. Ideal settings include bustling airports, state-of-the-art subways, reliable power plants, rugged mining industries, advanced hospitals, towering skyscrapers, vibrant shopping centers, crowded public spaces, robust oil industries, and secure nuclear power plants.
Product Features
The CEEG Vacuum Pressure Impregnated Transformer is a marvel of engineering, offering unparalleled overload capacity and high-temperature resilience. It stands as a paragon of safety and reliability, boasting fire-retardant properties, moisture resistance, eco-friendliness, and low noise levels. Its easy maintenance, low partial discharge, and crack-free design ensure enduring performance.
1. DuPont Nomex® Paper
Since partnering with DuPont in 1999, CEEG has pioneered the use of DuPont Nomex® Paper as insulation in non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. This innovation grants our transformers a remarkable insulation grade of class H or C, with tightly wrapped windings capable of enduring the stresses of short-circuit impacts even after prolonged use.
2. Silicon Steel Core or Amorphous Alloy Core
Our three-phase transformer cores are crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with precise 45-degree lap joints and 7 stepping seams, or from top-tier amorphous alloy strips. These cores are meticulously wrapped in insulated tape to shield them from windings, with a robust structure secured by special square tubes and draw plates. A moisture and rust-resistant resin coats the surface, significantly reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and noise. The amorphous alloy core variant further enhances energy efficiency by decreasing no-load loss by 60%.
3. HV & LV Coils
Our high-voltage winding features a continuous structure that delivers exceptional mechanical strength and heat dissipation. It excels in damp-proofing and withstands thermal shock, with a partial discharge rating of less than 5PC. After its service life, the winding is easily recoverable. The low-voltage foil, laminated with F-grade DMD, is presoaked in epoxy resin and processed through our VPI (vacuum pressure impregnating) equipment and high-temperature curing technology, ensuring flawless, void-free insulation. High-current taps on the low-voltage winding enhance performance.
4. Additional Features
Offers flexibility with multiple voltages on both primary and secondary sides to meet diverse customer requirements.
Equipped with fans to boost emergency overload capacity.
Features self-extinguishing capabilities, providing superior fire resistance compared to oil-based options.
Engineered for compatibility with harmonic loading.
Designed with a core loop testing transformer for turbo generator sets.
Boasts low energy content in case of fire, reduced weight, and exceptional heat wave resistance.
Certification
CEEG's dry-type transformers have proudly earned KEMA E2, C2, and F1 certifications for Environmental, Climatic, and Fire Behaviour classes. As trailblazers in the Chinese market, we were among the first to successfully complete KEMA testing.
